• it is disinfected and sanitized

Safety, insurance and the people who show up

Bounce and slide combo rentals are insured and inspected as the State of Oklahoma requires, and the business is fully insured. Our safety procedures follow SIOTO safety operations and cover the whole visit: delivery, setup, supervision guidance and takedown.

The crew is local. We hire people who live in the area, hold a clean driving record and pass a background check, because they arrive at your home or your child's school with a pickup truck and a trailer full of equipment. They confirm site access, surface type, power and anchoring conditions before anything is inflated, and they anchor each unit to match the ground: steel stakes in grass, sandbags on concrete or asphalt.

What we can't do for you is supervise the party itself. An adult has to watch the inflatable the whole time and enforce the posted rules. Everything before and after that is on us. Weather gets the final word, too. Lightning and unsafe wind end inflatable use, and we would rather hear from you before the event than find out on party day.
